My Service Offerings

Each session is 90 minutes via Zoom and includes 60 minutes of Distant Holy Fire®️ + Usui Reiki with a 15 minute discussion before and after distant Reiki healing. This session can include cord/attachment/entity removal, chakra clearing/balancing, holistic coaching, and intergenerational trauma healing.
Each session also includes a detailed email follow-up with suggestions/recommendations for further healing and self care.

 

Distant Holy Fire®️ + Usui Reiki sessions can be stand-alone or included as part of my Breakthrough, Evolution, and Ascension Healing Programs for further healing and continuity.

Are there things that you would like to share with people you know, but you are not not able to in your everyday life?

This is often the case for many people because a person we wish to communicate with has already died or they are unable to hold space for us to share/reveal our true feelings and thoughts with them.

 

This is where Karma Clearing Experiential Therapy (KCET) comes in! These sessions are a unique form of healing that combines all of my training/experience in trauma-informed clinical social work, Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, and Reiki healing.

Karma is what can accumulate over many lifetimes and can keep people stuck in unhelpful patterns that are no longer serving them. This type of session is offered virtually via Zoom for anyone who wants major positive change in their life and is looking to clear/heal karma with the following:

• Family members 

• Ancestral lineage

• Friends

• Current/former coworkers and employers

• Current/former romantic partners

• Mental/physical health issues

• Aspects of self

• Organizations (religious/spiritual, government, academic, etc.)

 

Each 90 minute KCET session is divided into 2 sections (Part 1 is one hour and Part 2 is 30 minutes).

During Part 1, you are guided to write a letter to a person/organization with whom you are grieving their loss or having a difficult or challenging relationship. You are encouraged to write anything and everything you wish to say to this family member, friend, coworker, or current/former romantic partner, or organization. The purpose of the letter writing is emotional catharsis, and it will not actually be sent to the addressed person/organization. 

Katie will then guide you in an experiential therapy role-play via Zoom.

 

Part 2 (last 30 minutes of the session) includes the Holy Fire®️ clear and heal process. As Katie is facilitating the Holy Fire®️ clearing and healing for you, you will be guided into a meditation while listening to inspired music of choice or meditation music. When Holy Fire®️ Reiki is included in this two-step process, it is pure alchemy and ensures a deep clearing and healing of many emotional/karmic layers for you that consciously emerged during your session.

KCET sessions sessions can be stand-alone or included as part of my Breakthrough, Evolution, and Ascension Healing Programs for further healing and continuity.

Plant Medicine Integration is holistic + integrative healing that is both grounding and galactic.

​

These sessions are designed to provide clients with the necessary tools to integrate their experiences in altered states and higher levels of consciousness. Plant Medicine Integration sessions can be accessed in conjunction with microdosing or sitting in shamanic ceremony with various types of plant medicine. These sessions also facilitate further healing and integration of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) experiences.

Plant Medicine Integration is for anyone who is microdosing or has sat in shamanic ceremony with various types of psychedelics/plant medicine and wants to integrate their experiences with a trauma-informed Experiential Therapist, Reiki Master, + Wellness Coach. These sessions include a clearing + healing process with Holy Fire®️ Reiki. Experiential therapy role-play techniques and divination tools, such as Oracle/Tarot cards and dowsing, may also be utilized to provide further insight and integration of these altered state experiences. 

 

What is the intended outcome?

Plant Medicine Integration sessions help clients release unhelpful patterns that were brought to the surface during their altered state experiences, facilitate multi-layered, embodied integration, and heal the parts of them that once held these unhelpful patterns.

 

Plant Medicine Integration sessions are 90 minutes in length and virtual via Zoom. 

This healing session is 90 minutes via Zoom. Each session includes 60 minutes of distant Holy Fire®️ + Usui Reiki healing with a 30 minute Oracle Card Reading after your distant Reiki healing.

 

Each session also includes a photo and detailed description of your 30 minute Oracle Card Reading and an email follow up with suggestions/recommendations for further healing and self care.
