This virtual clearing is for any type of property, including a house, rental, or commercial property. This also includes the clearing of the land surrounding the property. This clearing is helpful for anyone, but especially those who are seeking a smoother process of selling/buying a property. This is also helpful for rental property owners who are seeking to create a better experience for short-term tenants. About Clear Abode Sessions: Have you ever felt the need to clear stagnant energy in your home, property or office space? Everything is made up of energy - even the most physical objects are denser and slower-moving energy matter. Stagnant energy is no longer free-flowing, which leads to it accumulating in areas and staying in a denser vibration. Through a virtual or in person Clear Abode session, my sister, Sara Carbone, and I are able to clear your space of any lingering energies, so your space feels lighter, comfortable, and more aligned with you! Reiki life force energy is not constricted by space and time and always respects free will choice. No matter the distance, it is very effective and can be offered to anywhere in the world. Whether you are buying a home, renting a property, or already living there, sometimes the energy in your space just needs a lift. We do virtual and in person energy clearings, so you can feel fully at home in yours! About Co-founder and Co-facilitator of Clear Abode Sessions, Sara Carbone: Sara Carbone is an intuitive executive coach and energy facilitator. Sara’s background included working in corporate roles (human resources, organizational development) and going to the depths of psychology (undergraduate and Masters degrees) until realizing that psychology is truly a study of the soul. Her focus shifted from psychology to spirituality (non-duality, energy work, energetic healing) and she now integrates the psycho-spiritual into her everyday life and work. In addition to clearing people, properties and spaces, she also teaches the magic of Holy Fire® to others, so that they may facilitate their own healing, too.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours are needed to cancel/reschedule all healing services. If less than 24 hour's notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the healing session fee. If less than 24 hour's notice is given to cancel/reschedule Reiki Therapy Program sessions, you will be charged $50. There is no charge for your inability to attend free events, workshops, and Clarity Calls, but confirmation of your attendance is still very much appreciated. Thank you for understanding!
